The guest apartment is booked by the night
Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00, at most two nights a month per apartment. Where the paper list usually breaks, the rule holds on its own.
Two in the same apartment don't get double
Count bookings per apartment where that is fair, and per person where it doesn't matter. The board chooses per resource.
The invoice can go straight to the property manager
One invoice a year, 30 days net, to the address you give.
A good fit for
Associations on paper lists, cylinder boards or an app that only books the laundry room.
