The same features in every plan. The list below is what exists today, nothing that's coming later.
Every state has an edge, a fill and a written word. Nothing depends on colour alone, so the board can be read in poor light in the stairwell and by anyone who sees colours differently.

Booking
Book by slot or by night
The laundry room in three-hour slots, the sauna in ninety-minute slots, the guest apartment by the night with check-in and check-out. Every resource gets the shape that suits it.
- Slots with fixed times, or nights as a date range

- The board updates the moment a neighbour books, without reloading

Rules
Rules per resource, set by the board
What was written on the note next to the list becomes rules that hold on their own. Nobody on the board has to keep watch.

- Longest booking
- How far ahead the resource opens for booking
- How close to the start you can still book
- How late you can cancel
- Count per apartment or per person, differently for different resources
- Require a member to belong to an apartment to book a given resource
Admin
The board's tools
Everything a board needs to run the booking, and nothing it doesn't.
- Approve every new member and link them to the right apartment
- Invite with a link, on the notice board or in a newsletter
- Hand out admin roles within the board
- See every upcoming booking and cancel on a member's behalf
- Choose the association's own word: apartment, house, berth or member number
Notices and closures
Say it where it's read
A notice can apply to the whole association or just one resource, and is published on the date you choose. When the laundry room is renovated, you close it for the period.
- Notices to everyone, or pinned to a resource
- Scheduled publishing, so the notice arrives when it's relevant
- Closure for a period, for example during renovation or a cleaning day
- Affected bookings are listed for the board, not cancelled silently
Access
Nothing to install, nothing to remember
Tempus is a web page that works on every phone, tablet and computer.
- Add it to the home screen, no app store
- Sign in with a link sent by email, no password
- English and Swedish, chosen by each member
- A tablet in the laundry room works as a booking screen
If you find a gap after the decision, we've done it wrong. Here is everything we know people ask for that Tempus doesn't do today.
