For an association of average size, Tempus is the cheapest of the alternatives we compared that books more than the laundry room. Not the cheapest of all: Tvättpass costs less for association B, and a paper list is free.

Weaker at: No rule holds on its own, and nobody can see it from home. The guest apartment is where it usually breaks.

Pick it if the association is small and nobody ever argues over a Saturday.

Good at: Books everything, and supports smart locks on Pro.
Weaker at: User caps put most associations on Pro, and over 150 users on a quote.

Pick it if you need lock integration or resources where several book at once.

Boappa

Good at: Communication, documents and booking in the same app, and agreements through Bostadsrätterna and Villaägarna.
Weaker at: Two to three times the price if booking is what you need.

Pick it if the board wants the whole platform, not just the booking.

Good at: The website and the booking in the same place.
Weaker at: Booking is one feature among many, and rules per resource are thin or missing.

Pick it if you want a new website anyway and the booking is simple.

Pick Tempus if

you share more than the laundry room,
the board wants the rules to be the board's,
you want to count per apartment and invite everyone,
you don't want to buy or install anything.

Pick something else if

booking lives in Aptus or Vision with fobs,
members should pay when they book,
you want to replace BAS for berths and watch duty,
