Fair by design
The rules are the board's. Not whoever stands closest to the list.
Every resource has its own rules: how many slots per day and week, how far ahead it opens and how late you can cancel. Count per apartment where that's fair, so two people in the same apartment don't get twice the sauna.
Whoever can't book sees why, in plain words. Nobody on the board has to say anything.

What Tempus doesn't do.
Better you know now than after the decision. Tempus does booking, and does it properly. The rest we tape over, like a closed slot on the board.

All questions and answersDoes everyone have to download an app?
No. Tempus is a web page that works on every phone and can be added to the home screen. Nobody needs an app store account.
How do members join?
The board shares an invitation link, for example on the notice board or in a newsletter. Whoever joins is approved by the board and linked to their apartment.
We have paper lists and they work. Why switch?
They work until two households sign up for the same Saturday in the guest apartment. Tempus makes the rule you already have, like one weekend a month and cancel by Thursday, hold without anyone having to police it.
Can we charge for the guest apartment?
Not through Tempus yet. The booking shows who stays which nights, and the fee is collected as it is today.
What does it cost?
From 1,690 SEK a year for the whole association, based on the number of apartments. The price is what the association pays and nothing is added on top.
