Digital booking for the association
Summary
Tempus is a booking system for everything the association shares: laundry room, sauna, guest apartment, party room and more. Members book in the phone's browser and sign in with a link in their email. The board sets the rules per resource, and the system makes sure they are followed. There is nothing to buy, mount or install.

The price is what the association pays. One invoice a year, 30 days net, which can go straight to the property manager. The price is per apartment, so everyone who lives in the association can be invited. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year.
Trial
90 days free, no card and no commitment. If the association doesn't continue, nothing happens and no invoice is sent.
What's included
- Unlimited resources: laundry rooms, sauna, party room, guest apartment and anything else you share
- Booking by slot, or by night with check-in and check-out times for the guest apartment
- Rules per resource: slots per day and week, longest booking, how far ahead it opens and how late you can cancel
- Count bookings per apartment or per person, per resource if the board wants
- The board's own word for a home: apartment, house, berth or member number
- The board approves every member, invites with a link and hands out its own admin roles
- Notices to the whole association or to one resource, published on a date you choose
- Closures, for example during renovation, with affected bookings listed for the board
- The board sees every upcoming booking and can cancel on a member's behalf
What's not included
- Payment when booking. Swish or card payments don't go through Tempus. Charge for the guest apartment the way you do today.
- Door locks and fobs. Tempus opens no doors and doesn't connect to Aptus or Vision.
- Reminder before the slot. Not yet. The confirmation arrives when the slot is booked.
- Calendar sync. Not yet. Tempus doesn't put slots in the phone's calendar today.
- QR check-in. Unused slots aren't released automatically.
- Booking screen in the stairwell. No dedicated screen. A tablet showing the web page works.
- BankID. Sign-in is with a link by email.
Proposed decision
That the association tries Tempus for 90 days for booking the association's shared spaces, and that the board decides on continued use, at a cost of 2,990 SEK per year, at a meeting before the trial ends.
